We prioritise a flexible consumption model approach because we understand clients want to be able to choose precisely what, how, and how much they will pay for. We are committed to enabling clients to access our expertise within clearly defined budgets and scope.
Dependent upon client requirements we are able to work as follows:
- Hourly rates – a set rate for a number of hours. This is often suitable for small advisory requirements.
- Project cost – an agreed fee for a program of work. This can provide clients with certainty to achieve agreed objectives.
- Monthly value add – a retainer for an agreed number of months plus a value add (result-based metric) fee component. This shifts risk from the client to us, maximising our incentive to become as efficient and effective as possible.
- Contingency fee – an agreed payment for achieving specified results. This is used for instance for talent recruitment and talent search assignments.
We work closely with your in-house teams and key staff, and act as an extension of your own resources. We optimise the scope to apply a cyclical agile model – to maximise engagement, feedback, iterative collaboration, and performance-based outcomes.
